The Desperation Leadership Academy is the full-time, leadership training program for Desperation Student Ministries. On top of being a part of the Desperation Prayer Furnace www.thefurnace.net, you will also develop and cultivate your personal ministry skill, talents, and dreams.   DLA specifically targets those who desire to know God intimately, develop spiritual disciplines, and learn ministry in an active, growing, local church community. The program spans an entire year, running September through August with multiple breaks.  DLA is an intense discipleship community designed to help you grow closer to God, understand your purpose, and to lead this generation in passionate pursuit of God. DLA is looking for those who are willing to pray hard and lead now.
