Community // Retreat

Are there distinct traits that mark the people of God? Are there adequate words to describe the experience of the Christian life? Well, we want to suggest one: JOY.
Unshakeable, indissoluble, eternal joy.

But don’t be fooled. The Christian experiences difficulty and pain like everyone else on this earth; there are moments of severe doubt and even seasons of crippling fear. But there's one thing we can be sure about -- these are not the defining elements of life for the Christian. God just keeps surprising us with joy.

Join us for a weekend focused on discussing God's joyful intention for his creation, pray through our response to that, and think about the implications of that joy for the people we love and for the world in which we live.
